As the founder of the Alamance Aztecs, Coach Gil is the heartbeat of the club, leading with a hands-on approach and a visible presence at every game possible. A dedicated father of three Aztecs themselves, his coaching philosophy is deeply personal and rooted in the growth of the entire soccer family. By combining his technical expertise with a commitment to being on the pitch and in the trenches, Coach Gil ensures that the club remains a supportive, high-energy environment where every player is empowered to reach their full potential.  

Coach Luis brings a wealth of seasoned expertise to our sidelines, backed by years of coaching experience and a deep understanding of the game. As a club parent with two of his own children in the program, he offers a unique and invested perspective that bridges the gap between technical leadership and family community. His extensive background and personal commitment make him a vital asset in developing our players both on and off the pitch. 

With years of hands-on coaching experience under his belt, Coach Josimar brings a wealth of tactical knowledge, energy, and leadership to the team. In addition to his role with our club, Josimar currently serves as a high school soccer coach right here in our community. His deep roots in local athletics allow him to seamlessly guide players through every stage of their development—helping them bridge the gap between grassroots soccer and elite school competition. Josimar is dedicated to building strong team culture, sharpening technical skills, and mentoring young athletes both on and off the pitch.

Coach Ron has dedicated years to molding competitive soccer players through his work with travel club teams. His passion for team success is matched by his commitment to our community, where he serves daily as an EMS responder. Coach Ron’s unique perspective brings composure, quick thinking, and a deep sense of responsibility to his teams. He focuses on fostering a culture of trust, physical readiness, and mental toughness, ensuring his players are prepared to handle any challenge on the field and in life.

For over a decade, Coach Eddie has been far more than a tactician on the sidelines; he has served as a steadfast mentor to an entire generation of athletes. Since beginning his journey in the recreational leagues alongside Coach Gil nearly ten years ago, his unwavering commitment to player development and the sport has become a cornerstone of our club’s culture.
