Youth Code of Conduct

At Alamance Aztecs Fútbol Club, we are committed to fostering a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all players, coaches, parents, and volunteers. This Code of Conduct outlines expectations for behavior on and off the field to uphold the values of integrity, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

🔹 Players Will:

• Show respect to coaches, teammates, opponents, referees, and spectators at all times.
  
  

• Attend all practices, games, and team events unless excused by the coach.
  
  

• Give their best effort during practices and games and maintain a positive attitude.
  
  

• Refrain from using foul language, taunting, or engaging in unsportsmanlike conduct.
  
  

• Follow all team rules and instructions from coaching staff.
  
  

• Take care of all club equipment and uniforms.
  
  

• Report injuries or issues to a coach or team official promptly.
  
  

🔹 Parents/Guardians Will:

• Encourage good sportsmanship by demonstrating positive support for all players, coaches, and officials.
  
  

• Communicate respectfully with coaches and club officials.
  
  

• Avoid coaching from the sidelines during practices or games.
  
  

• Ensure that their child arrives on time and is picked up promptly.
  
  

• Respect all players, referees, coaches, and spectators—win or lose.
  
  

• Address concerns privately and constructively with coaches or club leadership.
  
  

• Support their child’s commitment to the team and club values.
  
  

🔹 Coaches Will:

• Promote a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all players.
  
  

• Serve as role models for players, demonstrating respect and integrity.
  
  

• Treat all players fairly, regardless of skill level or background.
  
  

• Encourage teamwork, effort, and personal growth over winning at all costs.
  
  

• Maintain open and respectful communication with parents and players.
  
  

• Follow all club policies and safety protocols, including injury management.
  
  

• Report any misconduct or safety concerns to club leadership immediately.
  
  

🔹 Consequences for Violations:

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to:

• Verbal or written warnings
  
  

• Suspension from practices or games
  
  

• Dismissal from the team or club (without refund)
  
  

The Alamance Aztecs FC Board of Directors reserves the right to review and enforce disciplinary measures as needed to protect the integrity and values of the club.
