1. Mission Statement

Alamance Aztecs FC is a nonprofit soccer club dedicated to providing opportunities for all children to play, learn, and grow through the sport of soccer. We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and development-focused environment for players and families.

2. Player Eligibility

• Players must register with accurate birth dates and documentation.
  
  

• Age groups are formed based on U.S. Soccer's birth-year matrix.
  
  

• If a player’s birth year is not currently represented, families may contact us for updates on future team availability.
  
  

3. Playing Time

• Alamance Aztecs FC prioritizes player development over winning.
  
  

• All players will receive meaningful playing time in games, although exact minutes may vary based on attendance, attitude, and effort in training.
  
  

4. Code of Conduct

Players, parents, and coaches are expected to:

• Show respect for teammates, opponents, referees, and coaches.
  
  

• Maintain good sportsmanship at all times.
  
  

• Communicate constructively and supportively.
  
  

• Represent the club positively on and off the field.
  
  

Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or dismissal from the club.

5. Attendance & Commitment

• Players are expected to attend all practices and games.
  
  

• If a player must miss a session, prior notice to the coach is required.
  
  

• Commitment to the team includes effort, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  
  

6. Financial Assistance & Inclusivity

• Our goal is to make soccer accessible to every child, regardless of financial circumstances.
  
  

• Need-based financial assistance is available. Contact the club to learn more.
  
  

• Donations and sponsorships help us provide this support — please reach out if you're interested in contributing.
  
  

7. Communication

• Primary communication will be via email, text, or team app.
  
  

• Families should keep contact information current and check messages regularly.
  
  

• For new team inquiries, please email alamanceaztecsfc@gmail.com with your child’s name, birth date, and a phone number.
  
  

8. Uniforms & Equipment

• All players must wear the official club uniform to matches.
  
  

• Players are responsible for bringing shin guards, cleats, and a properly inflated ball to training.
  
  

9. Weather Policy

• Training may be canceled or postponed due to inclement weather or unsafe field conditions.
  
  

• Weather-related updates will be communicated as early as possible.
  
  

10. Volunteer & Parent Involvement

• We value the support of our parent volunteers and community sponsors.
  
  

• Opportunities include team management, event coordination, fundraising, and sponsorship outreach.
